This will be your life line throughout the game. Part of the initial HUD system is the watch that the main character wears. What is different about the Redux version is that the HUD is on the screen more of the time. The player will be able to see the HUD for a brief amount of time. HUD in Metro 2033 is minimalistic in a way that you need to tell your ammunition via the weapon in the character’s hands when either reloading, or switching weapons. The reason that a Redux version of Metro 2033 hit the shelves of gaming stores around the country was due to its excellent display of climate and conditions surrounding the topic of nuclear fallout. Many of these differences include Frames Per Second (FPS) and the Heads Up Display (HUD).
When comparing the games Metro 2033 to Metro 2033 Redux, there are noticeable differences throughout both games. On his way to Polis, the main character meets several characters all with different pasts and ties to the metro tunnels. In the game, Metro 2033, you take control of the actions of a person traveling through the nuclear post-apocalyptic metro tunnels of Moscow to a station known as Polis to save his home station, Exhibition, from the mutant humans known as dark ones – a new threat to the metro tunnels.
